We value your feedback and suggestions! This page explains how you can send feedback directly from our apps (including Q-Learn, QF-Learn and M-Learn).
How to Send Feedback
Follow these simple steps to send us your feedback:
- Open the app (Q-Learn, QF-Learn or M-Learn) on your device
- Navigate to the Settings tab - Tap on the Settings icon in the app
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen
- Click "Send Feedback" - This button is located at the bottom of the settings screen
- Fill out the feedback form - Provide your feedback, suggestions, or report any issues you've encountered
- Submit your feedback - Once you're done, submit the form and we'll receive your message
Before you write: versions of the app up to and including 1.0.0-beta.12 also send a copy of your feedback, with your display name (or your email address if you have no display name), the feedback type, and your rating, to us through ntfy.sh on a channel that is not access-controlled. Update the app first, or leave out anything confidential. Later versions do not use ntfy.sh.
What Happens to Your Feedback
Your feedback is saved in our database with your account's display name, email address and account identifier, so that we can follow it up. We are told about each new message in a private Telegram chat. That notification shows the feedback type, your rating and your message, with any email address in it removed, but not your name, email address or account identifier. Section 3 of the Privacy Policy has the details.
What to Include in Your Feedback
When sending feedback, please consider including:
- Your experience - What you liked or didn't like about the app
- Suggestions - Ideas for new features or improvements
- Bug reports - If you encountered any issues, please describe what happened
- Device information - Your device type and app version (if reporting a bug)
Response Time
We review all feedback regularly and appreciate your input. While we may not be able to respond to every message individually, we carefully consider all feedback when planning future updates and improvements.
